Few more things users wont notice, but its fixed a few issues.
I finally found a use for the Testing Page, its now know as "Show Info".
The testing page is accesable only through the Version Info page now.

Rebuilt Private Downloads page due to deleting the non-encrypted backup.
Changed the titles of all pages, I've added something that seems to be on a lot of sites at the moment.
I made changes to how the "top" images are shown, but you shouldn't see any difference.
